TVS Lanka has initiated the first ever online reservation system for servicing motor cycles in SL. The service centre operates with ample capacity to service of which 1.5 hours duration from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm.
Initially, the customer has to ‘sign up’ through e-mail with the service centre by filling the ‘New user Sign Up’ form.
On receipt of the duly perfected ‘sign up’ form, the service centre will check the details and confirm through e-mail whether the application is accepted or not.
After acceptance, the customer can login with the given e-mail address and password at any time for making a service booking or for repair. At times of login, a schedule of available slots will appear covering the next 7 days. The customer will then have the option of choosing a selected slot and time format for his/her convenience.
The reservation will be automatically verified and confirmed to the customer by e-mail, a printout of the “Reservation Ticket” should be produced by the customer when calling over on the reservation date.
The customer should arrive at the service center at least 15 minutes prior to the reserved time.
